<p>The invention concerns the diagnosis of retrovirus diseases. In vitro quantitative analysis of a retrovirus, which includes means for DNA viral retrotranscription of viral liquid sample RNA and means for viral DNA amplification by polymerase chain reaction, brings into play means for quantifying results in the form of an external reference consisting of cell culture samples infected by given quantities of the retrovirus titrated in their reference viral protein (or 'nucleus protein'), said samples being distributed in a liquid free of the virus and being similarly dosed with the serum to be tested.</p> |
