<p>A fuel system for motor vehicles, comprising a fuel tank (1) with an expansion pipe (4) which communicates with a canister of active carbon. A restrictor (9) is provided on the expansion pipe which provides for less flow resistance in the direction towards the tank than in the other opposite direction. By means of a pressure sensor (11), pressure variations as pressure is being applied to the tank during a tightness check can be detected.</p> |
