The piston (4) is attached to a slide (5) which is lead on a slide guide (6) in a groove (7) in the cylinder tube (8). The slide guide has a toothed rack (9) which is extended to a front piece (26) by the piston. The cylinder tube is closed at the front by a foldable front part (1) which accommodates two piercing points (2) and a nozzle (3). The front is secures by a pawl (12) being caught on a notch (13). All the parts can be made of plastics. ADVANTAGE - Provides definite engagement between the piston and the slide, thus failure of the piston to move is obviated.
