摘要 The electric motor has motor parts (1,10) which move against each other. The first motor part(1) forms a multi-poled excitation field in an air gap (9) by use of permanent magnets (7). The other motor part (10) is a soft-iron yoke (13) with pole teeth (15) projecting in the direction of the air gap. The pole teeth are wound by excitation coils (17). The yoke areas of the soft ion yoke magnetically connect the pole cores. The radial cross-section (hj) of the soft magnetic yoke areas are dimensioned w.r.t. the cross-section of the pole cores so that the ratio of the former to the latter is less than 0.45. USE/ADVANTAGE - For e.g. axial field or linear motors. Has inner diametr of soft-iron yoke as large as possible to accommodate electronic components, without a performance changing enlargement of motor outer diameter.
