A Continuously Operating Inspection Machine for Vessels The present invention refers to an inspection machine for inspecting vessels, in particular bottles made of transparent plastic material or of glass, said machine comprising at least one examination means arranged in a stationary manner and used for detecting impurities or damage at the bottom, side-wall or orifice areas of vessels. In order to be able to detect defects which impair the leakproofness of vessels and which cannot reliably be detected by optoelectronic means, the vessels are additionally subjected to a leak test in said inspection machine.
