The line flyback pulses (UBL) are generated by a circuit having an operational amplifier (OP2) receiving a voltage (UO at the inverted input. This is determined by a voltage divider (R4,R5), one of the resistors (R5) being variable to vary the mark to space of the cycle, while holding the frequency and amplitude constant. The other input receives a sawtooth voltage signal (US) and this connects to a transistor (T3). A diode (D) also connects to the input. The sawtooth voltage provides a frequency and amplitude adjustable signal to control the flyback pulses. USE/ADVANTAGE - TV receivers and VDU's. Provides pulses independent of amplitude and frequency.
