The longitudinal carrier (10) has retaining threaded or fixed bolts (13) and assembly seals (14) and is inserted into a flat roof of a building. The frame elements are subsequently fitted with straps (22) and/or brackets on a support plate (20) which is fitted on the longitudinal carrier. They can be fitted on a rail, covering a wall and fixed to the roof part. Alternatively they are set on a rail at the top of the facade wall.
