<p>When a quantity less than a predetermined threshold is present, the processing means of the fixed terminal (BFR) store the identity of the calling independent station (PA1 or PA2) and calculate a delay to the connect response as a function of the value of the quantity thus measured. The delay to the response having passed, the processing means investigate whether the independent station thus identified is still sending, and if the result of this investigation is positive, the terminal (BFR) then responds to the said station whilst, during the passage of the delay, the terminal responds immediately to another independent station which makes, on one of the channels from the set of channels scanned, a connect request exhibiting a quantity of rating greater than the predetermined threshold. <IMAGE></p> |
