<p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate detection of vibration without requiring a long waiting time, by providing a control means to vary the lower limit frequency of an integrator by a specified formula according to an input or an output of the integrator to restore the integrator quickly from the saturation thereof. CONSTITUTION:Output signals of accelerometers 3a and 3b are inputted into a differential amplifier 5, an output of which is inputted into integrators 25 and 26 through a high-ass filter 23 and integrated to output a displacement signal 32. The integrators 25 and 26 are so arranged as to allow the varying of a lower limit frequency in their own integrable frequency band. Thus, differential wind comparators 34 and 35 as control means change the lower limit frequency of the integrators 25 and 26 respectively by a specified formula according to outputs of the integrators 25 and 26.</p> |
