PURPOSE:To prevent an off-center of a tire at the time of taking out of the tire from an upper mold, by a method wherein the lower end part of a guide sheet is pressure-contacted with a bead ring, a bead part is separated from the bead ring by lowering an ejector body and the bead body is lowered and guided onto a holding body with a guide sheet by rocking the lower end parts... of the guide sheets... in the direction of the outside diameter. CONSTITUTION:After vulcanization molding of a tire with a top and bottom molds 2, 28, they are separated from each other by releasing the mold. An ejector body 4 is lowered, a bead part 18 is separated from a bead ring 17, pressure contacting of a guide sheet 8 with the bead ring 17 of the lower end parts 8... is released and the lower end parts 8a... are opened by rocking in the direction of the outside diameter. The bead part 18 of the tire abuts against the guide sheets 8..., the tire 1 is lowered while being guided by the guide sheet 8 without having off-center trouble and the bead part 18 of the tire 1 is held on a holding body 19 in a mounted state. When the holding body 19 is shifted in the direction of the inside diameter by raising a ram cylinder 27, the tire 1 is disconnected from the holding body 19 and mounted on a mounting member 29 such as a discharge conveyor. |
