Pharmaceutical preparations which are characterised by a content of alpha , omega -n-alkanedicarboxylic acids with 7 to 13 carbon atoms, their physiologically tolerated salts or their esters which can be cleaved by enzymes of the skin, which are present in liposome dispersions are described. These preparations are preferably used for the topical treatment of skin disorders and for the treatment of ageing skin.
