The circuit comprises a loop formation control part which is connected to output terminal of a polarization arrangement part and outputs a direct current loop formation control signal for DC bypass being drived when the polarization arrangement part produces DC voltage, a direct current loop formation part which is connected in parallel to the loop formation control part and forms a DC loop by bypassing positive voltage of the polarization arrangement part to negative voltage terminal, and a voice signal transfer part which has a transformer for induced-output of signal and outputs the voice signal only among the output signals of polarization arrangement part.
