The device stops a motor when laundry is added or when a user puts a hand into a washing tub, and then if state is steady, turns on the motor and washes laundry with perceiving a water level and bubble quantity and fixing a laundry time again, comprises a transmitting circuit part and a receiving circuit part. The transmitting circuit part inquires light signal controlled by transistor and luminous diode, and the receiving circuit part checks that the output signals of a photo-transistor accepting the inquired light signal and a photo-transistor through inverter-gate are passed through differential circuit, and the signals are made 'AND' and then the microcomputer controls a motor by the signal.
