<p>Apparatus comprising two pluralities 1 of points or styluses with multiple-pointed heads made from highly electrically conductive material, connected in series and supplied by an insulated direct current conducting wire 2, and installed on the ground in a vertical position on corresponding insulating supports 3, for dissipating fog, particularly along roads, the two pluralities being positioned facing each other on opposite sides of the roads. In particular, the two pluralities 2 are given charges of opposite sign, to charge the water droplets in a fog bank with opposite signs and promote fusion by electrostatic attraction, in such a way as to cause the precipitation of the droplets. <IMAGE></p> |
