Anchoring device comprising a base (1) passed through by a hole (3), and an anchoring post (spike) (2) driven into the ground through the base (1). The base (1) comprises at least one locking piece (13) for solidly attaching it to the post (2) when the latter has been fully driven in, comprising a pin (claw) which projects into the wall of the hole (3) and interacts with the post (2) inside the hole (3) in the base (1). The base (1) may constitute a cadastral or topographical (boundary, marker) post to be anchored directly using the post (2), or alternatively a support to which, after anchoring, the foot of a mass or pole carrying an indicating or signalling panel, or a similar element, is fixed.
