N1-. consists of (I) 10-60 pts. wt. water, (II) (100-I/10) to (100-I/10) pst. wt. of a water insoluble powdered (co) polymer, which at least swells in (III), (III) 100-(I+II) pts. wt. polymerisable liquid monomer with a terminal CH2=C- group, which can be emulsified in water, (IV) water soluble wetting agent, which may be added directly or be present in component (II), (V) a small amount of a nonionic surface active agents as water-in-oil emulsifier, and (VI) one or more polymerisation catalysts and/or accelerators. |
