The vibrating screen, for screening solids and solids-liquids mixtures, esp. those with a fibrous content, has a tumbling vibration movement, and a wiper, with one or more arms, is mounted at the centre of gravity axis of the screen component, with its own c. of g offset eccentrically from this and is connected with the means producing the tumbling effect. The wiper carries out a rotational motion resulting from the screen vibration and motion, and acts to keep the screen fabric unblocked. |
