PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a coating material and to prevent the influence on a human body and objects exclusive of a material to be coated by obviating the splashing of a coating material so that the most of the coating material to be sprayed can be stuck to the material to be coated. CONSTITUTION:This coating means T is mounted to a coating gun G for spraying the coating material in a mist form from a nozzle by the operation of a trigger 4 and has a cylindrical guide pipe 10 which is mounted attachably and detachbly to the front end of the coating gun G and regulates the expansion range of the coating material sprayed from the nozzle and a brush part 20 formed by being flocked with fluff along the peripheral edge of the aperture at the front end of this guide pipe 10. An operator presses the brush part 20 of the coating means T to the material to be coated and pulls a trigger 4 of the coating gun G to bring the brush part 20 into sliding contact with the material to be coated at the time of coating the material to be coated by using this coating gun G. As a result, the coating material is sprayed in the mist form from the nozzle and is stuck successively to the part enclose by the brush part 20. The coating material sprayed in the mist form collides against the wall part of the guide pipe 10 in such a case and, therefore, the splashing of the coating material is prevented. |
