<p>PURPOSE:To provide a system for diagnosing normality/abnormality of plant through frequency analysis in which evaluation work is facilitated at the time of abnormal detection by making it possible to refer the raw data subjected to analysis, as well as frequency spectrums, in the work for evaluating diagnos tic results. CONSTITUTION:An operation controller 22 for sampling process signals from a plant 7 through a process input controller 6 and diagnosing normality/ abnormality of the plant through frequency analysis is provided with a feature detecting/processing means 23 for extracting raw data having an effect on frequency spectrum from time series data employed in frequency analysis. The operation controller 22 further comprises an analysis process information storing means 24 for storing the raw data thus extracted, and a decision means 11 for making a decision of normality/abnormality based on analysis data and taking out raw data from the storing means 24 upon decision of abnormality and then storing the raw data thus taken out, in pair with abnormal analysis data, in a memory 3.</p> |
