CONSTITUTION:The terrestrial part (A) of a multistoried building is equipped with a crop mass-production chamber 2 and a high-quality crop cultivation chamber 3 and the underground part (B) at a great depth is provided with soil aging vessels 4, culture solution vessels 5 and water storage tanks 6. The crop mass-production chamber 2 is especially installed in the middle and lower story layer of the terrestrial part (A) and the high-quality crop cultivation chamber 3 is provided in the upper story layer of the terrestrial part (A), which may be equipped with a seed production chamber 1. The underground part (B) may be provided with energy storage vessels 7. Shipping equipment 8 is installed near the terrestrial part of the building. An intake means for solar energy is provided on the top surface and/or the side of the building.
