PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method and its apparatus wherein for a covered heat insulating tube of which a tube to be thermally insulated is made to be covered with a foaming resin made covering tube, a manual operation is enabled to be omitted as far as possible, and integrated continuation of a manufacturing process is attempted. CONSTITUTION:A foaming resin made heat insulating tube body 1 is drawn out in a length direction of a tube. A foaming resin made porous sheet body 2H to which a skin sheet 2B is stuck is drawn out in a sheet length direction, and the heat insulating tube body 1 is opposed to a sheet surface of a heat insulating sheet body 2A of the porous sheet body 2H. Hot blast is blown against the porous sheet body 2H passing through a molding guide 6 from a hot blast blower 5A, and the porous sheet body 2H is so bent that both end parts in a sheet width direction thrust each other making the skin sheet outward. Further, the hot blast blown between the heat insulating body 1 and the heat insulating sheet body 2A is discharged outwards via each through hole 2a of the porous sheet body 2H. Even in the case where the through hole is formed to the heat insulating tube body 1 side, its procedure is carried out in the same way. |
