PURPOSE:To reduce percent defective without generating the positional shift inferiority or welding inferiority of a reinforcing material by setting the semi- cured felt being the stock of a reinforcing material to a pressure mold in arbitrary timing without preheating the same. CONSTITUTION:The semi-cured felt F being the stock of a reinforcing material 12 is set to the hot press part of a lower mold 40 for cold press molding without being preheated and a preheated molding nonwoven fabric M is set to the felt F from above. Next, upper and lower molds 30, 40 for cold press molding are engaged and clamped to simultaneously perform cold press molding and hot press molding to mold a trank side trim having desired rigidity. By this constitution, the semi-cured felt F can be set in arbitrary timing and, since a preheating process can be excluded, percent defective can be reduced to a large extent and productivity is also enhanced to a large extent. |
