PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet having suede-like surfaced decorative resin layer. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin fluid 16 is quietly poured in a cavity 14. As the synthetic resin fluid 16, one having the predetermined softness after hardening (softness having a hardness of about 45 Shore A to 90 Shore A) is used. After the hardening of the synthetic resin fluid 16, a decorative sheet is removed from a recessed mold 11 and a blocking mold 12.
