CONSTITUTION:A yeast containing part 34 for setting yeast is formed by a shape memory alloy, and by providing this yeast containing part on the upper part of a baking chamber 24 or a bread vessel 31, driving parts of a solenoid, etc., are not used, and while preventing a fact that bread materials such as yeast and water, etc., come into contact with each other until a kneading process is started, yeast is thrown down onto other bread material and can be mixed due to a fact that the shape memory alloy of the yeast containing part 34 is deformed at the time of kneading, therefore, the bread baking machine for backing stably bread of good workmanship irrespective of whether a timer is used or not is provided at a low cost. |
