CONSTITUTION: This compsn. contains plural solid or liquid particles including at least one kind of active substance. In the compsn., specified or plural particles are produced by encapsulating the particles with at least one kind of cationic polymn. monomer or prepolymer by in-situ cation (co)polymn. on the particles. The producing method includes the process above described.
