PURPOSE:To manufacture a plate material of better heat insulating properties and lightweight by line bonding the crests of a corrugated sheet on one side and applying a liner formed by a heat insulating material of a heat reflective glitter material or a plastic material on the crests on the other side. CONSTITUTION:Spaces 4 and 5 are formed by means of a corrugated sheet 2 between a woody plate 1 and an aluminum foil 3, and a sheet 6 or a cloth 7 is bonded on the rear side of aluminum foil 3. The bonding is for the purpose of reinforcement of aluminum foil 3, and as the corrugated sheet 2 is composed of a paper base, it is another advantage that the aluminum foil 3 can be bonded thereon firmly. As the cloth 7, a cloth composed of film-shaped plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene and using flat yarns as warps 8 and wefts 9 is suitable for the purpose because of its large tensile strength and low cost. |
