PURPOSE:To mold the oblique groove of a skin material into a proper shape. CONSTITUTION:To molding jigs 4 arranged in the vicinity of the bottom part of the molding surface 2 of a lower mold main body 1 used in the vacuum molding of a skin material H so as to be controlled in a tiltable manner, tiltable molding parts 8 allowed to upwardly protrude from the flat part 2a of the molding surface to be converted from an erected posture to an inclined posture are formed. When the skin material H is subjected to vacuum molding, the tiltable molding parts 8 are converted from the erected posture to the inclined posture to form obliquely depressed groove molding surfaces 12 over the range from the single side surfaces of the tiltable molding parts 8 to the flat part 2a. |
