PURPOSE:To operate a lock and ensure security even when trouble is generated by independently installing power units for a decision means deciding the identification information of an individual and a lock driving means driving the electric lock respectively. CONSTITUTION:A room entering leaving controller is composed of a decision means 5 deciding the identification information of an individual and a driving means 6 driving and controlling an electric lock 7 mounted to an entrance door, and a device power supply 12 and a lock driving power supply 15 are set up independently and respectively. Accordingly, even when the device power supply 12 is disconnected by trouble except the lock driving means 6 and the electric lock 7, the electric lock 7 can be driven by the lock driving means 6 by the separately installed lock power supply 15. |
