PURPOSE:To incorporate an inductance component and a capacitance component by disigning the constitution that the connecting position of each earth terminal of electrodes arranged oppositely via a dielectric substance is different from the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The plate-shaped dielectric substance 15 is made of a ceramic or the like, the electrode 16 forms a variable inductance, the electrode 17 is arranged in opposition to the electrode 16 via the dielectric substance 15, the electrode 17 forms a distributed constant circuit together with the electrode 16 so as to form a variable capacitor. Further, the terminal 18 is an earth terminal of the electrode 16 and the terminal 19 is an open terminal of the electrode 16. On the other hand, terminals 20, 21 of the electrode 17 are open terminals. In adjusting the capacitance of the distributed capacitor to an optional value, an electrode position 17a is used as the earth terminal. |
