PURPOSE:To manufacture stably without being distrubed in the feeding of foaming resin particles by the condensate of pressurized vapor by forming a discharge line of condensate on a plate on the lower side of a feed zone. CONSTITUTION:The sections of foaming zone particles 1 are formed almost rectangular, and two belts 7 with small holes are moved through a foam molding device in the same direction along the upper and lower faces inside a tunnel structure 6 encircled by plates 5 at the same speed. A discharge line 9 for condensate is formed on the lower side plate of a feed zone. Hot vapor blown from a vapor heating device is turned into condensate in the vicinity of feed zone, and said condensate is flowed into the discharge line 9 for condensate formed on the lower side plate 5 of feed zone through small holes on the lower side belt 7 without accumulating condensate on the belt to eliminate the disturbance caused in the feeding of foaming resin particles.
