PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic tire capable of displaying a dripping effect in an edge part to the maximum limit while improving a draining effect in a sipe portion. CONSTITUTION:In a tire having lands 2 on a tread 1 engaged with a road surface and provided with a plurality of sipes 11 extending straight approximately in the direction of a rotary shaft and having a small width, the sipe 11 has a plurality of projections 12 provided longitudinally at intervals on at least one of the walls, paths 15 leading to the depth direction of the sipe 11 between these projections 12 and a cavity 14 on the bottom 13 communicating to the path 15 and extending longitudinally of the sipe 11. |
