PURPOSE:To enhance heat softening resistance, heat resistance or permanent compression strain resistance by forming the rubber layer forming the outer layer of an inner tube layer using a copolymer consisting of isobutylene and para-methylstyrene and characterized by that a part of para-methylstyrene is brominated. CONSTITUTION:In a cooling medium transporting hose 10, an inner tube layer 3 is coated with an outer rubber layer 5 through a reinforcing yarn and intermediate rubber layer 4. The inner tube layer 3 is formed from an inner resin layer 1 and an outer rubber layer 2. In this case, the rubber layer 2 is formed using a copolymer consisting of isobutylene and para-methylstyrene and characterized by that a part of para-methylstyrene is brominated. By this constitution, the cooling medium transporting hose more excellent in heat softening resistance, heat resistance and permanent compression strain resistance as compared with resin vulcanized rubber and not generating the leakage of a cooling medium and excellent in productivity is obtained. |
