PURPOSE:To drastically simplify the manufacture of a PC staircase by constituting a mold frame by using a plate member which is formed integrally with the laid concrete, at a stepping surface and a kick-in part where the mold frame formation is difficult and by laying concrete by erecting the mold frame. CONSTITUTION:A mold frame 22 is constituted by surrounding the formation parts of an inclined slab 12 and a mean landing 14 by veneers 15. A stepping surface 18 and a kicking-in part 20 using PC members are installed through the crossbeam woods 24a and 24b and a fixed member 25 on the stage nose side on the formation part upper surface of the inclined slab 12. The mold frame 22 is installed in erection and supported so that the width direction of the staircase is set in the vertical direction, and one side in the width direction of the staircase which is arranged above is opened, and the other side arranged below is closed by a base 26. Concrete 23 is laid into the mold frame 22 from the upper opened part of the mold frame 22, and the stepping surface 18 and the kicking-in part 20 are formed integrally with the concrete 23. |
