<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of workers and improve the productivity by providing lifting means which comprises a hydraulic or electric motor mechanism and which elevates a raw sheet roll to a predetermined height position in the proximity of a roll frame which acts to unwind a heat insulating sheet from the raw sheet roll. CONSTITUTION:A raw sheet roll 49 placed in the rear of a slope table 50 is allowed to roll forward and mounted on the mounting table of a lifter 46 being descended to the lowermost position by a hydraulic or electric motor mechanism, wherein a roll shaft 61 is passed through a paper core pipe. Subsequently, the lifter 46 is permitted to ascend to the position in which the roll shaft is in approximately the same height as the support rail 44 of an unwind roll 49 and, following this, the raw sheet roll 49 is made to roll forward. The raw sheet roll to be used is moved to the position of a bearing part in the front end part of the support rail 44. The bearing part is made up of a rotating disc body and, moreover, since the top position of the roll is in approximately the same as the support rail 44, the small diameter part of the roll shaft 61 moves readily smoothly over the rotating disc and thus it can be stabilized between the rotating discs.</p> |
