<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the stainless steel from being damaged by the corrosion of clearance at the different kind metal joining part when the clearance of different kind metal joining part of the zirconium alloy and the stainless steel is exposed to the water of high temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a different kind tube joint test piece, a zirconium alloy tube 4 containing 2.6% of the niobium is joined from the inner diameter side with the plastic working method with a stainless steel tube 5 containing 13% Cr and a stainless steel tube 6 with a flange of the same composition. In the first test piece, the titanium thermal spraying layer is added to the joining end face of the stainless steel tube 5 with the flange and this is joined to the zirconium alloy tube 4 with the plastic working method. In the 2nd test piece, the joining end face T of the stainless steel tube 6 with the flange is applied with the non-electrolytic plating, and the 3rd test piece is used for comparing with the conventional technique.</p> |
