<p>PURPOSE:To prevent gas clogging of a reaction pipe by forming the reaction pipe with a roughly U shaped form tubular body having a curved part, in a device which respectively connects an introducing pipe to one end of the reaction pipe packed with a filler and a discharge pipe to the other end and is provided with a heater on the reaction pipe. CONSTITUTION:The introducing pipe 1 is respectively connected to one end of the reaction pipe 2 packed with the filler S1 and the discharge pipe 3 to the other end, and the heater 4 is provided on the reaction pipe 2. In the gas thermal cracking device, the reaction pipe 2 is formed as a roughly U shaped form tubular body having the curved part 2a. Namely, the powder filler which becomes smaller in the particle size by the thermal cracking reaction falls down to the curved part 2a of the reaction pipe 2, but as the curved part 2a is an active region for the thermal cracking reaction, so that the powder filler becomes further smaller in the particle size by the thermal cracking reaction and is consumed and finally goes on. Thus, gas clogging in the inside of the reaction pipe be prevented and the safety be enhanced.</p> |
