PURPOSE:To provide a liquid-sealed vibrationproof device which utilizes a bellows member for a chamber wall, can obtain a high damping force with the small dimension, and can be manufactured easily. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate part 12 of a cylindrical bellows member 1 whose one edge is closed is positioned in the opened port 21 of an installation plate 2, and the peripheral wall of the intermediate part 12 is pressed and fixed on the inner periphery of the opened port 21 by the outer periphery of a partitioning plate 3. The opened port of the bellows member 1 filled with liquid is sealed by a cover plate 4, and a pair of liquid chambers A and B are formed. The liquid chambers A and B are allowed to communicate through a throttle flow passage 31 on the partitioning plate 3, and an installation plate 2 and the cover plate 4 are conneted with a base body and a vibration body, respectively. Since each chamber wall of the liquid chambers A and B is constituted of the bellows member 1, the expansion rigidity is large, and the sealed liquid efficiently flows to the throttle flow passage 31, and a sufficient vibration damping force is generated. Since the chamber wall is constituted of the same bellows member 1, and the need of the labor for adhesion, caulking, etc., is obviated, manufacture can be carried out in simple and inexpensive manner. |
