The valve includes a conical blocking member (2) with a hollow internal portion (10) which is open towards the interior of the valve. A threaded end portion (5) of the blocking member cooperates with a threaded sleeve (4) of a conical portion of the valve casing. The blocking member is movable by means of a wheel (11) which has a peripheral projection (12) cooperating with a stop member (13) of the casing, defining maximum and minimum opening positions. In an open position of the valve, air passes through a metal pipe (6), via an opening (7) in the valve casing to an aperture (9) in the blocking member to the hollow internal portion of the valve.
