PURPOSE:To improve the wear-resistance of a coating film layer and to prevent the coating film layer from being separated from the seal parts. CONSTITUTION:A glass run 4 as a flocked product has a U-shaped section and includes a main body part 5 fitted in a door frame 2 and a pair of lip-like seal parts 6 which are extended from the open ends of the main body part 5 and elastically clamp a door glass 3 in the door frame 2. An adhesive layer 11 and a coating film layer 12 formed by filling up among many piles planted on the adhesive layer 11 with a lubricant coating material are formed on at least regions of the seal parts 6 that are in contact with the door glass 3. The coating film layer 12 decreases the sliding resistance between the door glass 3 and the seal parts 6 by its own smoothness to check entering of rainwater and wind and ensure sealing ability. The piles existing in the coating film layer 12 exhibit a function as a core so as to improve the wear-resistance of the coating film layer 12. |
