PURPOSE:To enable a device for giving a predetermined game value when the indication result of a variable indicator shows a specified indication mode to always provide a fresh indication state by providing interchangeably a means for receiving indicating data indicated variably. CONSTITUTION:A variable indicator provided in a game region of a pinball machine is provided with a LCD unit 24 formed with nine pattern indicating sections arranged in 3 colums X 3 rows of matrix by an image. The unit 24 has the base 31 in which a CFL unit 45 or the like is removably received. Also, a cover 50 is provided for protecting the rear surface of the base 31 and a rear cover 63 is mounted to the cover 50. A memory cassette 103 enclosing indicating data memory 104 therein is set through a connector 102 on a base plate 58 adjacent to an opening 65 formed in the rear cover 63. Other types of the indication patterns can be variably indicated by interchanging the memory cassette 103. |
