摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the three-dimensional position of an optional point on a tomographic image simply, quickly, and correctly by arranging a shape scale capable of obtaining different tomographic images at various positions in the axial direction in parallel with the body axis direction of a subject, and obtaining the positional information on the tomographic image as well as the subject. CONSTITUTION:A shape scale 16 is a scale constituted to obtain different specific tomographic images at different positions in the axial direction, and it is provided with a linear groove 17 changed in depth at a constant inclination from the rear end 16A of a cylinder body toward the tip 16B and a spiral groove 18 having a constant rotational angle per unit length in the axial direction. The shape scale 16 is arranged in parallel with the body axis of a subject, and it is tomographically photographed together with the subject. The number of rotation of the spiral groove 18 is obtained from the depth of the linear groove 17, the angle between the position of the linear groove 17 and the position of the spiral groove 18 centering on the axis O of the shape scale 16 is obtained on the tomographic image, and the distance from the rear end 16A of the shape scale 16 on the tomographic image can be measured.
