METHOD FOR BONDING END SHEETS AND PARTITION SHEETS

PURPOSE:To thermally bond the side edges of a large number of parallelly arranged partition sheets to two end sheets arranged in parallel at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Gauge plates 13 and partition sheets 21 are alternately stacked on a surface plate 1 and the single end adhesive flaps 24 of two end sheets 23 are held between the surface plate and the lowermost gauge plate and downwardly pressed by a press plate 12 and the side edge adhesive flaps of the partition sheets are thermally bonded to the end sheets at the same time by advancing heating press plates 15 to produce a file half-finished product.
