MANUFACTURE OF METALLIC PIPE LINED WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a gap, enhance shearing adhesive strength and improve the quality of a product by feeding an adhesive under pressure using attached blades for squeezing and storing after pretreatment of the inner surface of a metal pipe, then applying the adhesive to the inner surface with the concurrent procedure to insert a synthetic resin pipe, and feeding the adhesive under pressure likewise from a cap for sealing off an atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:First, the inner surface of a metallic pipe 1 is acid-washed and blasted as pretreatment, then caps for shutting off an atmosphere 2, 3 are installed on both pipe ends of the metallic pipe 1. Further, ad adhesive 4 is fed under pressure from one end using a pump, and in this case, a blade 5 for squeezing the adhesive and a blade 6 for storing it are installed on the tip of a pressure feed hose 7. The adhesive 4 is applied to the inner surface of the metallic pipe 1 with the concurrent procedure to insert a synthetic resin pipe 8 with a cap 9 for preventing the adhesive from flowing in on the tip, along the inner surface from the one end. In addition, the adhesive 4 is fed under pressure using a pump, likewise from a cap 2 for shutting off an atmosphere fixed to the introduction side of the synthetic resin pipe 8.
