<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the storage device which dispenses with a high voltage applying equipment and has no addition of a process nor constraint for the process, and also, improves reliability to write inhibition. CONSTITUTION:In a memory cell array 1, a control data area 12 for storing control data is provided. This device is provided with a write control circuit 5 for generating a write signal WE which becomes an active level at the time when set data Ds stored in a set data storage part 51 and control data Dc read out of the control data area 12 coincide with each other, and also, a write instruction WI is inputted. At the time of executing the write inhibition, the data in the control data area 12 is rewritten to other data than the set data Ds.</p> |
