<p>PURPOSE:To provide the system so designed that a mechanism to stereoscopically moving a preserving/maturing chamber is provided and the chamber is moved in response to the change in the environment in the chamber to preserve/mature various kinds of fruits and vegetables corresponding to the respective environments. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a preserving/maturing chamber 1 is loaded with fruits and/or vegetables and then closed to regulate in-chamber environmental conditions. On detection of the change in such environmental conditions through a relevant detective sensor 16, the chamber is stereoscopically moved to a specified position through a relevant moving mechanism 2.</p> |
