PURPOSE:To surely nip a plurality of juxtaposed materials with almost an uniform force by arranging a bag member contractible and expansible by the charge and release of air between the base end part of each opening and closing member and a pressure receiving member. CONSTITUTION:In a material supplying station, opening and closing members 5, 5 are operated by the opening spring 23 of an opening mechanism 16. When a plurality of materials W are automatically interposed and juxtaposed between nipping members 8, 8 in this state, and air is sent to bag members 11 from an air source, each bag member 11 is swollen by the air pressure. By this swelling, the opening and closing members 5, 5 are closed with a fulcrum shaft 7 as a supporting point, and the nipping members 8, 8 simultaneously nip and hold the materials W. |
