PURPOSE:To eliminate the problem induced by the burr projection generated by a projecting part for so-called biting provided on molds at the time of removing the cassette half made into a multilayered structure in order to have a vibration damping characteristic from the molds after injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 11 is formed on the inner flank surface 5a of the first resin layer 5 of the cassette halves 2, 3 having the multilayered structure formed by injection molding the second resin layer 6 on the outer flank 5b side of the first resin layer 5 having the recessed part 4 for biting formed of the projecting part 21 for biting provided on the mold 22 on the inner flank surface 5a. The recessed part 4 for biting is disposed within the recessed part 11, by which the burr projection 31 generated at the opening end of the recessed part 4 is housed into the recessed part 11 at the time of removing the cassette halves 2, 3 from the molds.
