EASILY PEELABLE LAMINATED SHEET AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To enable the easy peeling of one of base material layers and to prohibit the restoration after the peeling by adhering intermediate layers consisting of plural layers of thermoplastic resins and the base material layers above and below these layers at different degrees of strength of adhesion in such a manner that the base material layer of the lower strength can be peeled. CONSTITUTION:The strength of adhesion between the respective base material layers and the intermediate layers is varied and the layer having the lower strength of adhesion is constituted peelable during the stage of extrusion coating the one base material layer with at least two layers of thermoplastic resins, further superposing the other base material layer on these thermoplastic resins as the intermediate layers and cooling and press welding these layers with cooling rolls. This base material layers are preferably formed of paper and the intermediate layers of polyolefin. The peeling strength of the lower strength of adhesion between the base material layers and the intermediate layers is specified to 0.5 to 100g/cm. The base material layer on the lower side is a self-color developable pressure sensitive recording sheet. The base material layer on the upper side is subjected to coloring or ground tint printing and further this laminated sheet forms a post card.
