发明名称 CEMENT COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR BONDING MORTAR TO STONE PLATE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive characteristics and the strength developing property by compounding a specific resin emulsion high in fineness into cement which is incorporated with water-crashed slag powder. CONSTITUTION:The cement composition is obtained by adding 1-30 pts.wt., as the solid contents, resin emulsions (e.g. styrene/acryl ester emulsion) to 100 pts.wt. of the cement which consists of 40-65wt.% Portland cement and 35-65wt.% water-crashed slag powder with 600-10,000cm<2>/g Blaine specific surface area. Mortar is made by adding 50-200 pts.wt. fine aggregates and 20-30 pts.wt. water to 100 pts.wt. of the cement composition. The mortar is especially effective to bond a natural stone plate to a concrete-made base surface and it is fixed in a state with sufficiently high adhesive strength and excellent load resistance, even through the surrounding part of the natural stone plate is not coated with a mortar layer.</p>
