SYSTEM FOR PRESERVING TAXATION RELATED DATA

PURPOSE:To use a computer to perform retrieval at a high speed with a large number of degrees of freedom and to easily correct data related taxation by quickly registering data related to taxation and reducing the preservation area. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a register processing means 13 and a correction processing means 14, and the means 13 reads out data related to taxation from a tax data file 11, where data is preliminarily stored as codes, to successively register it on an optical disk 2 and extracts discrimination data from data related to taxation to store it in a retrieval item file 12 together with the register address of the optical disk 2, and the means 14 retrieves an address from the retrieval item file based on input of discrimination data at the time of correction processing to read out and display data related to taxation from the optical disk 2 and performs correction by required tax calculation and registers and preserves data related to taxation before this correction and that after this correction on the optical disk 2 again.
